Diana Chan is the winner of Masterchef 2017. A self-taught chef and raised in Malaysia, she watched her parents cook Cantonese and Peranakan dishes. She currently has her own column in Delicious Magazine and the host of SBS’s Asia Unplated with Diana Chan. Promoting Chinese and Malay culture through her cooking, the food she shares bring together a variety of flavours and ideas.
