Ingredients
- 1 packet Green’s Scroll Mix
- ½ cup black sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp honey
- 80g unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder
Methods
- Make the black sesame paste by toasting the sesame seeds and blending it into a fine powder. Add in honey and combine with butter
- Preheat your oven to 190C
- Make the scroll dough according to the packet instructions. Spread the black sesame paste over then roll up, slice and bake
- Combine the matcha powder with the glaze and spoon that over
