Ingredients

INGREDIENTS (Mango and Banana Split)
  • 4 Perfection Fresh Little Gem Banana
  • 2 Perfection Fresh Scarlet Delight Mango
  • Vanilla ice cream to serve
  • Whipped cream
INGREDIENTS (Chocolate Sauce)
  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml cream
INGREDIENTS (Honeycomb)
  • 350g caster sugar
  • 110g glucose
  • 50g Nature Nate’s Honey
  • 50g water
  • 10g bicarbonate of soda

Methods

  • Cut 2 Perfection Fresh Scarlet Delight Mango and Perfection Fresh Little Gem Banana into pieces, arrange in a bowl and set aside
  • Next prepare the chocolate sauce by bringing cream to the boil. Pour over the chocolate and mix well
  • For the honeycomb, bring sugar, glucose, Nature Nate’s honey and water to 155°C and whisk in the bi-carbonate soda
  • Place on a tray with baking paper and allow it to cool
  • Take the mango and banana split, top it with the chocolate sauce, cream, ice cream and shattered honeycomb pieces
