Born in Singapore and living for a time in Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada, as a child, Jimmy was 14 when his parents moved the Wong brood to Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
With a background in interior design, development management, and a passion for developing people, he has embarked on an exciting culinary journey at this point in his life. What truly excites him is the vast tapestry of flavors from around the world and the incredible people behind it all – the dedicated growers, providores, talented chefs, and the passionate foodie community.
