Clarissa Feildel
Clarissa’s Nyonya/Chinese and Sri Lankan background has given her a melting pot of dishes in her repertoire, which she uses every day when feeding her family. Clarissa moved to Australia in her 20s and missed her mother’s home cooking. She began a process of many calls home to learn and replicate the dishes from her childhood, and she is now a fantastic self-taught home cook in her own right. She has appeared on Asia Unplated (SBS Food) and more regularly Seven Networks The Morning Show and Sunrise, and has presented at the Good Food & Wine Show.
