Ingredients

  • 1 packet mix of Green’s Zesty Orange Cake
  • 2 Delite Mandarins, segmented and pith removed
  • ¾ cups caster sugar
  • Juice from 6 Delite Mandarins

Methods

  • Preheat the oven to 180C.
  • Prepare and bake the Green’s Zesty Orange Cake according to packet instructions.
  • To make the Delite Mandarin syrup, place the sugar and Delite Mandarin juice in a saucepan and simmer until sugar has dissolved.
  • Pierce the cake with a skewer and drizzle the syrup all over. Top the cake with some Delite Mandarin segments.
