Ingredients
- 1 packet mix of Green’s Zesty Orange Cake
- 2 Delite Mandarins, segmented and pith removed
- ¾ cups caster sugar
- Juice from 6 Delite Mandarins
Methods
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Prepare and bake the Green’s Zesty Orange Cake according to packet instructions.
- To make the Delite Mandarin syrup, place the sugar and Delite Mandarin juice in a saucepan and simmer until sugar has dissolved.
- Pierce the cake with a skewer and drizzle the syrup all over. Top the cake with some Delite Mandarin segments.
