Guillaume Brahim
French-born Guillaume Brahimi is one of Australia’s most popular and acclaimed chefs. In late 2001, Guillaume won the prestigious contract to take over the flagship restaurant at the Sydney Opera House, Bennelong. In 2008 he launched Bistro Guillaume and in 2021, he was appointed by Crown Sydney as its culinary ambassador. Guillaume is also renowned for his huge commitment to several charities. He is an active board member of The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and the Bestest Foundation. His book, Guillaume: Food for Family, had proceeds being donated to the National Breast Foundation
