Pierrick Boyer

Pierrick Boyer, awarded 2017 Australian Pastry Chef of the Year, successful cafe owner, proud father and incredibly talented businessman who once made and hand-piped 3000 macarons to completely cover a Mini Cooper driving around the streets of Melbourne for a day.
Before opening his very own Rêverie Cafe and Dessert, currently in two locations, he was Head Pastry Chef for many years at the RACV Club Melbourne and Le Petit Gateau.

Big Sam Young

Sam Young is one that’s been pressure-cooked, flash-fried, and is now braising on a low, gentle simmer. Inspired by the taste of his travels to Italy, Canada, Hong kong, Vietnam and Malaysia to name a few, he has worked in Sydney’s top restaurants like Mr. wong, Ms.g’s, Queen chow, Totti’s and more recently as Lotus’s head chef. As one of Australia’s top chefs, he believes that it takes more than just flavours to elevate food from good to great – it’s the complete experience that comes with it.

Salim Gafayri

Salim embarked on a life-changing journey to Australia in 2004, at the young age of 15. It was from then that his passion for the art of pizza-making began to blossom when he started working at an Italian Pizzeria.
Recognizing the importance of expanding his culinary knowledge, Salim enrolled in a commercial culinary school which opened doors to various opportunities in Melbourne, where he honed his skills as a chef specializing in both Italian and Spanish cuisines. His journey led him to take on positions ranging from Sous Chef to Head Chef.

Joseph Sasto III is an American chef and television figure. He has appeared as a competitor on reality television cooking competitions, and he is a Top Chef television series alum. He also teaches cooking classes online. Sasto has a handlebar mustache, which inspired the nickname “Mustache Joe”.

Akram Fallah

To Akram, food is everything. Her dad’s family are from Chalus, a small city in the north of Iran where the mountains meet the sea and the land is green and fertile. Married young, cooking started as a way for Akram to connect with her community, learning from TV and encouraged by her lovely (and honest!) neighbour.
Her cooking is truly a portal to her soul, inviting you to taste, smell and feel like you’re part of her homeland. Like Akram says, “if you can taste my food, you can touch my heart.”

Chef Wan

Chef Wan is a Malaysian celebrity chef, television host, actor, restaurateur and entrepreneur. Chef Wan’s early career was as an accountant. He says after seeing the popularity of many types of Asian food in Western countries he decided to promote Malaysia and other South East Asian countries using their food. 

In 2009, he won the Best Celebrity Television Chef of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
